Returns and Exchanges

The Grand Social offer refunds within 7 days of the shipping date.  Beyond 7 days and up to 21 days from the shipping date we offer exchanges or returns for store credit. Please note the return policies of individual stores may differ so always check the Returns policy before you make your purchase. **

FULL PRICED items can be returned for store credit or for a refund to the method of payment. 

SALE ITEMS can be exchanged for colour, size or store credit only.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT RETURNED SALE ITEMS WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT.

 If an item is unavailable a customer may request a refund to the method of payment or to store credit. 

If you have purchased a full priced item and would like to request a refund within the 7 day time period, please contact Customer Service: support@thegrandsocial.com.au

INDIVIDUAL STORE POLICIES
NICOLA FINETTI, NYLON FLOCKS AND aXESSORY - items can be returned within 7 days of the shipping date. Following this time the items are non-returnable. 

JAYSON BRUNSDON - Jayson Brunsdon do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale items, unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.  Please bear this mind when ordering any sale items from Jayson Brunsdon.

MY PET SQUARE and sQ- Please note that there are no refunds on sale items. You can only exchange a sale item for a different size if it is available. 

POL - Please note that there are no refunds given for sale items. Sale items can only be exchanged for another colour or size.

Returning or exchanging items by mail
To return any thegrandsocial.com.au purchase by mail:

  1. Login to your account by clicking on the "LOGIN" at the top of any page.
  2. You will be prompted to login using your account information.
  3. Once you login you will see a list of all previous orders you have made (VIEW MY ORDERS)
  4. Select the order that you wish to return/exchange an item from and follow the instructions on screen. (Hint: if you don't have an option called Return Item then you've passed the returns time frame)
  5. Pack and seal your return securely, and include the return form that is provided once you have completed the returns process online.
  6. Returns will be sent directly to The Grand Social and we will contact you if there are any issues.You can call us Monday to Friday between 9:00AM - 6:00PM AEST if you have any questions.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.

Credit card refunds
All full priced items can be returned within 7 days of the shipping date for a credit card refund. Please contact customer service: custserv@thegrandsocial.com.au

 

 

The GRAND SOCIAL is a marketplace for Australian and New Zealand designers. We work closely with each of the labels to get their creations online so you can enjoy them no matter where you are. When you buy from a designer on the Grand Social you are buying directly from the label because it's their store. It means that a lot of those hard to find items, one offs and samples that never make into real stores can find their way onto our site a lot more easily.
