Australia

At The Grand Social we use Australia Post for all our local deliveries.  Why?  Well apart from being the only national network that can service every backroad in Australia they also look after your precious cargo for you if you happen to be out when they come knocking.  They leave a nice little card with your name on it behind just to add to the excitement that there's a package waiting for you at your local Post Office. We couldn't make it any more exciting if we tried.  Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the item you buy at The Grand Social is available at the time of sale the designers aren't superhuman and can sometimes make a mistake or send us the wrong item, size, colour etc so in the very rare scenario that this happens there may be a delay while we correct your order.  We will always let you know ahead of time if there is any kind of hold-up. 
 
Given that Australia is a rather large country and we are shipping out of Sydney prices will vary according to where you are located so please take note.  Or you could move to Sydney and save on shipping. 
We like to keep things simple so regardless of how many items you order and where you live in Australia you only pay $12 (inc GST).

WE NOW SHIP BY EXPRESS POST TWICE WEEKLY!
 
The Grand Social ship twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays.  All you need to do is complete your order by 5pm Sunday for dispatch on Tuesday and by 5pm Wednesday for dispatch on Friday. 
      
We have updated our shipping system and we are pleased to announce that you will now be getting your packages sooner!  ALL orders within Australia will now be shipped via Express Post.  Express Post guarantees next business day delivery for all major centres in Australia and two business days for some harder to reach rural areas.

PLEASE NOTE: When ordering from interstate labels there may be an extra 1-2 days on top of the estimated delivery time.  As we do not hold any stock, all interstate items are sent to our warehouse and then shipped on to you.

INTERNATIONAL

The business of shipping goods overseas is a complex one. Apart from the threat of pirates and having to learn ALOT of different languages you basically need your own planes, trains and automobiles.

Australia Post are pretty damn good so in most cases you will get your package delivered in 10 - 14 days. Unless of course pirates are involved and there may be a slight delay while the Aussie Post guy battles his way out of a tight corner, your package in hand. We will also be offering Express services in the future for those who just can't wait. For now all International orders are shipped Registered International Standard Air Mail.

All rates shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD). As a guide if you live in the UK delivery is not much more than a Mochachino, Panini and OJ at the local Starbucks.

The GRAND SOCIAL is a marketplace for Australian and New Zealand designers. We work closely with each of the labels to get their creations online so you can enjoy them no matter where you are. When you buy from a designer on the Grand Social you are buying directly from the label because it's their store. It means that a lot of those hard to find items, one offs and samples that never make into real stores can find their way onto our site a lot more easily.
