We will not accept any returns, unless the item is faulty, in which case faulty procedures will be followed. There are no exchanges on ring sizes. No returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene standards. Faulty items must be reported within seven business days following delivery.
If an incorrect item has been shipped, Kester Black will waive exchanged item shipping charges.
All products must be returned in the original condition, unworn, with a copy of the original invoice included. The original shipping charges are not refundable if you are exchanging for an alternative item. Please send your item to us using prepaid & traceable methods to ensure safe and documented delivery.
